The supplier registration process will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete. Once you begin the process you will have 72 hours to complete it, otherwise your application will be automatically deleted from our system and you will have to resubmit a new application. You will receive a login and password which will enable you to return to your application if you need to come back to finish the process.
You have two exhibit options:

Single Booth ($2,050): One delegate registration with one set of appointments

Single-Plus Booth ($3,250): Two delegates from the same organization; this option is only available to hoteliers, large attractions and CVBs
An important part of the registration process includes providing complete contact information of 15 or 30 meeting professionals, respectively, you want us to invite on your behalf.
For an application to be considered complete and your registration to be confirmed you need to:

Submit the complete contact information of the appropriate number of meeting professionals
