10 am - 6 pm	Registration Open, Inverness Foyer
12 - 5 pm	Tradeshow Set-up, Inverness. Audio-Visual and Tradeshow Services are sponsored by PRI Productions
4 - 5 pm	Florida Encounter Orientation, Stirling Salon P - Q (optional)
6 - 7 pm	VIP Reception (by invitation only), Osprey Patio. Hosted by Beaches of South Walton and its attending properties: Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and the Watercolor Inn & Resort.
7 - 10 pm	Opening Evening Event, Loch Ness Pool. Hosted by Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club and Florida Destinations & Incentives Experience a New Era of Excellence with the Opening Reception at Innisbrook’s Loch Ness Pool. The casual interactive networking environment is certain to be the first of its kind for Florida Encounter attendees.

Monday, November 16
8 am	Breakfast, Stirling Hall. Hosted by The Beaches of Ft. Myers & Sanibel BE SURE to be there on time: you do not want to miss the Surprise Entertainment this morning!!
9 am - 5 pm	Registration and Information desk open, Inverness Foyer
9 am	Appointment Shopping, Inverness
9:30 - 12 noon	Appointments, Inverness
12 - 1:30 pm	Lunch, Stirling Hall
1:30 - 4:50 pm	Appointments, Inverness
6:30 - 9:30 pm	Evening Event, hosted by the Sheraton Sand Key and Florida Event Decor. Buses will depart at 6 pm from Osprey. Encounter the beach: Come witness the spectacular sunset scene under the incomparable Clearwater Sky for an evening to remember at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort.

Tuesday, November 17
8 am	Breakfast, Stirling Hall. Presented by VISIT FLORIDA
9 am - 3 pm	Registration and Information desk open, Inverness Foyer
9 am - 12 noon	Appointments, Inverness (including media appointments)
12 - 1:30 pm	Lunch featuring "How to Build a Better You" by motivational speaker Bryan Dodge, Stirling Hall. Hosted in conjunction with the Tampa Bay Area Chapter of MPI. This lunch will benefit "Toys For Tots". Everybody is encouraged to bring a toy.
1:30 - 2:30 pm	NEW: Tradeshow open (appointments are not necessary) for all attendees of the MPI / VISIT FLORIDA luncheon, Inverness
2:30- 4:30 pm	Optional tour of the St. Petersburg / Clearwater Area (planners only)
2:30 pm	Tradeshow breakdown, Inverness. Audio-Visual and Tradeshow Services are sponsored by PRI Productions
pm	Optional Departures. Transportation back to the airport will depart from Inverness Foyer.
7 - 9:30 pm	Dunedin Dine-Around, hosted by the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce and Visit St. Petersburg / Clearwater. Buses will depart at 6:30 pm from Osprey.

Wednesday, November 18
All day	Departure Day. Transportation back to the airport will depart from Osprey.
All day	Start of optional post-Encounter FAM trips.
